We supply advanced ultrasonic logging tool is specifically designed for casing inspection and detection of sustained casing pressure through multiple casing layers. Additionally, our downhole camera systems support memory logging and are deployable via both e-line and coiled tubing, providing detailed visual assessments of downhole inspection even in muddy fluid. Our Inspection service also includes finding and detecting leakage in the wellbore using advanced tools including fiberoptic solutions.
Acid replacement fluids are available for improved matrix stimulation, delivering up to 40% better wormholing efficiency. Our chemical scale removal processes effectively target both carbonate and barium sulfate deposits. Specialized acids are used to restore well integrity and to descale critical components such as DHSV, nipples, and gas lift valves. For safer and extended drilling operations, we provide non-invasive fluids (NIF) and lost circulation materials (LCM).
The slop water units employ ceramic filters and dissolved air flotation (DAF) technology for effective treatment. Long Beach decanters are utilized for the pretreatment of sludge and oil recovery. We supply mud split and emulsion breaker additives and offer comprehensive cleaning of drill cuttings on and offshore. Offshore mud cleaning units and dangerous goods waste management solutions are also available. For offshore applications, our automatic tank cleaning (ATC) units streamline tank maintenance processes.
This portable device uses non-radioactive sources and can be mounted independently at the wellhead for efficient production monitoring. Our well engineering software solutions facilitate well management throughout the well’s lifecycle and can be seamlessly integrated with general IT platforms.

Jay is a Canadian-Hungarian serial entrepreneur, impact investor and humanitarian operator with more than 25 years of experience in conflict and post-conflict zones, developing countries and fragile economies.
Born in Canada into one of Hungary’s oldest noble families, Gróf Cziráky de Dénesfa, circa 1247, Jay has carried a strong sense of history, community and generational thinking throughout a diverse career.
After graduating from Brock University in Canada, Jay moved to Hungary in 1997 as a founding member of Move One, the market leader in deployed government and aid logistics.
Now based in the UAE, Jay serves as an advisory board member of InFrontier, the only impact private equity company in Afghanistan, and ForAfrika, the largest indigenous humanitarian organization in Africa. Jay is also an advisor to SixRing, a leader in green energy technology, and founder and chairman of North Degrees, which specializes in energy technology solutions for developing countries.
Most recently, Jay founded Denesfa No-End-Co.™, creating perpetual entities for the benefit of global communities, as well as the No-End Philosophy Company, focused on scaling a new socio-economic model for future generations. Jay is also an active member of YPO in the Middle East and Europe, the World Economic Forum, and various university and community interest programmes around the world.

Stein is an experienced manager and CEO, educated in business strategy at the University of Copenhagen, and a co-founder of North Degrees.

For the past 10 years, Stein has worked with NDI, bridging Norwegian and Canadian oil and gas technology companies with clients in the Middle East and Central Asia.
Stein is also an experienced project manager, capable of handling EPC contracts.
03Vice President Africa
Per Gunnar started offshore in the North Sea in the 1990s and has over 30 years in the industry. He founded Well Innovation, i-Tec and Robotic Drilling, and co-founded North Degrees International.
Per Gunnar began offshore in the North Sea after university in the 1990s, working as a well service engineer for nearly eight years before moving into company building.
He went on to become a serial entrepreneur, founding Well Innovation, i-Tec and Robotic Drilling, and co-founding North Degrees International. Across his career he has led more than 250 engineering projects, many within the oil and gas sector, contributing to significant cost savings for operators worldwide.
With extensive experience as a senior manager and CEO, he combines strong engineering expertise with a proven ability to oversee large-scale projects and well operations across multiple fields, with a consistent focus on delivering practical, high-impact results in complex international environments.
He and his team use that experience to support entrepreneurs, founders and service companies in bringing technology solutions to the African continent, leveraging an established network of local service partners and oil and gas operators. He also assists oil and gas companies in identifying appropriate methodologies and technologies to address well challenges downhole and topside, and in oil field development.
04General Manager, Angola
Dino is co-founder of North Degrees Angola and Namibia, with more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Dino began his career with Weatherford in the US as a liner hanger specialist before returning to Angola, where he worked with companies including Cimel and Wellscope in sales and business development.
In 2022, Dino joined North Degrees as Sales and Project Manager and has since worked with Mr. Vigre to develop and bridge Norwegian and Canadian oil and gas companies seeking to enter the emerging African energy market. He has a strong understanding of the local culture and a broad network.
Dino is also known as a priest and for humanitarian work in Angola through his church and local Christian community, having dedicated much of his life to improving the lives of others and helping those in need without hesitation. He has published a book about life titled “Light in the Tunnel”.

Kristen has 35 years of experience in well intervention, completion and well integrity, having worked across all continents.

He is widely known for a dedicated approach to repairing wells and bringing them back into production, and has previously worked for Smedvig, Halliburton, Baker Hughes and Wellcem, among others.
For the past 20 years, Kristen has specialised in resin treatment and P&A applications. He brings extensive experience in managing large-scale offshore operations and takes a pragmatic approach to solving well-related challenges.
Kristen provides consultancy and engineering support to oil and gas companies worldwide and, in recent years, has worked with the NDI team in West and Southern Africa.

Paul manages logistics and supply chain for North Degrees, keeping equipment, materials and people moving to where projects need them.
Paul is responsible for moving equipment, tools and materials between suppliers, workshops and project sites, and for the planning behind it — sourcing, freight, customs documentation and delivery schedules.
Well services and EPC work depend on the right equipment arriving on time and in working order. Paul works with the operations and engineering teams so mobilisation dates are met and projects are not held up waiting on parts.
